The monthly survey regularly polls our panel of Party members for their views on major policy issues. But it has never as far as we can see asked them about Climate Change.
So here we go – as the UK prepares to host the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Glasgow this autumn.
The breakdown is clear. Almost two-thirds of those polled say that there is no Climate Change Emergency. And almost a third say that there is. A mere six per cent have no view on the matter at all.
We’ll later be publishing other survey results on the same theme, including about whether Party activists believe that human activity is driving global warming – and indeed whether the latter is happening at all.
