Congratulations to Sir Graham Brady, the Conservative MP for Altrincham and Sale West, who has been re-elected Chairman of the 1922 Committee. It is a post he has held for ten years. Sir Graham was challenged by Bill Wiggin, the Conservative MP for North Herefordshire.

Bob Blackman, the MP for Harrow East, and Pauline Latham, the MP for Mid Derbyshire, were elected Joint Secretaries. William Wragg, the MP for Hazel Grove, was not elected.

There was more background to the contest from Paul here and here.
