In any event, three in five of our Party members’ panel opposed the plan when it was first outlined in the wake of the special Cabinet meeting at Chequers.  So let’s find out if anything has changed.  Perhaps we are overdoing the special surveys, but the panel’s appetite to give a view seems inexhaustible.

An e-mail with a link to the survey should now be in the inboxes of the members’ panel.
