Caroline Spelman says she is honoured with her new role as Chairman and that she wants "CCHQ to work for you", Nick Herbert talks about getting his teeth into prisons and constitutional reform, and Michael Gove says he couldn’t wish for a better job than Children, Family and Schools and would be euphoric if had the portfolio in Government:
