Judy Terry: Ipswich Council should put more of its art on display – not buy up more items to languish in storage
The plan is to prioritise collecting: local school uniforms, Ipswich Town players’ football kit, and Covid-19 memorabilia.
If it is determined to thumb its nose at the attitudes of the majority, perhaps it would be better to take this cultural revolution to its logical conclusion.
