An independent won one seat, the Lib Dems won two seats. This is a new Ward in an election deferred from last month.

Lib Dems 1,060 (35.0 per cent, +24.3 on 2018) Labour 875 (28.9 per cent, -13.9) Conservatives 867 (28.6 per cent, -14.2) Green Party 158 (5.2 per cent, +5.2) UKIP 68 (2.2 per cent, -1.4)

Lib Dems gain from Labour.

Neath Port Talbot – Pelenna 

Independent 251 (47.8 per cent, +47.8 on 2017) Plaid Cymru 120 (22.9 per cent, -5.3) Independent 105 (20.0 per cent, -4.3) Labour 43 (8.2 per cent, -11.0) Lib Dems 6 (1.1 per cent, +1.1)

Labour 802 (39.5 per cent, +1.6 on 2018) Conservatives 654 (32.2 per cent, -9.4) Green Party 254 (12.5 per cent, +7.9) Lib Dems 173 (8.5 per cent, +8.5) UKIP 148 (7.3 per cent, -7.1)

Labour gain from the Conservatives. This was a deferred election from last month

South Ribble – Farington West

Conservatives 536, 497 (59.8 per cent, +7.8 on 2015) Labour 246, 171 (27.5 per cent, -7.8) Lib Dems 114, 91 (12.7 per cent, no change)

Conservatives hold both seats. This was a deferred election from last month.

Wandsworth – Furzedown

Labour 1,811 (49.0 per cent, -14.7 on 2018) Lib Dems 887 (24.0 per cent, +18.7) Conservatives 681 (18.4 per cent, -3.0) Green Party 318 (8.6 per cent, -1.0)
