So two gains for UKIP in two weeks. Given their opinion poll position they have surprisingly few councillors (about 30 out of 22,000 compared to the Green Party with over a hundred.) Could this be about to change in the county council elections? I suspect their gain in Runnymede may be partly due to the Conservative council increasing Council Tax.
