Goresbrook ward, Barking & Dagenham
Lab – 47% (+3) – The Labour candidate Louise Couling won in May but the BNP forced her to fight a by-election as she had been employed by the council as a lollipop lady
BNP – 34% (+7) – GLA member Richard Barnbrook was the unsuccessful candidate again
LD – 7% (-2)
Con – 6% (-7)
Ind – 3% (-4)
UKIP – 3% (+3)
Ind – 1% (+1)
