Cllr Mel Crow, previously a Lib Dem councillor on Broxtowe Borough Council, has joined the Conservatives. She has been welcomed by Party Chairman Eric Pickles. It represents a boost to the Conservatives' campaign to gain Nottinghamshire County Council in June.
