Elsewhere, the Prime Minister U-turned on the proposed surcharge on non-EU migrant health and care staff to help meet the costs of the NHS.

The Prime Minister counters that the advice was changed, referrals fell, and that deaths in care settings have fallen.
And he appeals to furloughed workers to apply for agriculture jobs, since there will be a shortage of fruit and vegetable pickers this season.
