Over the next couple of days, we’ll be taking your nominations for our End of Year Awards. What that means, in practice, is that there will be a post for each award category – and then, in the comments section, you can say who you would like to see nominated. The most popular choices will then be put to a readers’ vote, later this week, to determine the overall winners.
Anyway, the first category is Conservative Minister of the Year. Should it be George Osborne, for putting both the recession and last year’s messy Budget far behind him? Should it be Francis Maude, for cutting the cost and changing the workings of Whitehall? Should it be Theresa May, for still not being undone by the Home Office? Or… well, it’s your call. Just state your nominations in the comments section, below.
