According the Press Association:

“Analysis of 21 by-elections in November suggests a projected 1% Tory nationwide lead over Labour. A calculation based on 11 wards fought both times by all three major Westminster parties gives a line-up of: C 37%, Lab 35%, Lib Dem 13%.”
