Parents at the George Tomlinson primary school in Waltham Forest are facing prosecution after they refused to send their children to school for a week or lessons linked to Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender History Month. Of course while parents are entitled to withdraw their children from Sex Education lessons this does not apply when issues of sexuality are taught under other subjects such as history.
